Okay, I’ll admit it – I stayed up way too late playing this last night. What starts as “just one quick match” turns into hours of shark battles! Here’s why this game hooked me (and what could be better).
🦈 Not Your Typical Shark Game
Forget everything you know about those “eat fish to grow bigger” shark sims. Arena is like if Pokémon and Street Fighter had a baby… with fins. My first match was a disaster – I sent my poor Reef Shark against a team of leveled-up Great Whites. Lesson learned!
What I Love:
- ✓ Megalodon actually feels as powerful as it should (finally!)
- ✓ Unlocking the Electric Eel skin was totally worth the grind
- ✓ Last-second base destroy with 1HP left – pure adrenaline!
Annoying Bits:
- ⚠️ Gem rewards feel stingy at first
- ⚠️ Some ocean maps are too dark

Pro Tips From My 20+ Hours Played
1. Early Game Must-Do
Complete the “Shark Dentist” quest ASAP – the free Tiger Shark carries you through early levels.
2. Keyboard vs Mouse
WASD works better for precise movements (I kept misclicking in heat of battle).
3. Secret OP Combo
Stun enemies with the Jellyfish pet → follow up with Bull Shark charge attack. Works every time!
